Payment & Insurance

Payment for services is required by the patient, as our office does not accept any insurance plans, but will file estimates for our patients. Patients are encouraged to file a claim with their insurance company in order to receive reimbursement. Our staff will be happy to assist you by providing a bill, copies of x-rays or any other documentation that may be needed in order to receive the proper reimbursement.

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 48 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
We have a 24 hour answering service that will contact Dr. Froum if there are any emergencies.
